Really enjoyed enjoyable breakfasts, and impeccably clean hotel.
The room was new-fashioned, neat and complete with Hampton decor and shower, as example. The location was convenient and easy, close enough to several great restaurants and near a Wal Mart and all the adventures and beaches are located and Crestview, FL. I tried some drinks at bar Applebee's, located 15 minutes walk away.

Hot breakfast was good but not great. Gravy could have been more homemade like and bacon or ham would be good. Eggs could have been fresher. Liked the juice, coffee and the rest.
I booked the room based on a fridge and microwave in the room but there was none. The website and hotel literature led me to believe there would be. The ice maker on our floor didn't work.

Where is was located and it was good when I got there
My room was never cleaned during my stay, I always had to ask for more towels, and the hot water was not working. Not acceptable! What really added to my dislike was they told me they would take something off my bill, ps that was a joke. 30 dollars ( 10 $ a day for the room not being cleaned)

Nice hotel, very well-kept. The staff was extremely accommodating. Beds were comfy.
No hot water by the time we checked in late. We would've really liked a comfortable shower.

We have been staying there for years under Hampton Inn management and always liked it.Under the new management it is just as good.
There was no printed information about places to eat and channels on the TV
